Maintenance & support

We can appreciate you wanting to concentrate on running and operating your business, which is why we offer a website maintenance and support service.

We can perform tasks such as text and image updates, creating and integrating new pages into your site, plus managing the support of your staff and users directly.

Advantages of outsourcing your website maintenance and support to us:

  • Saves you and your staff spending time learning how to do it
  • Our team, trained in multiple content management systems and code platforms, are able to make updates quickly - resulting in cost savings
  • We understand that accurate updates are paramount. We do our best to get it right the first time - every time.
  • Quick turnaround - We guarantee updates and support requests are processed within 24 hours or they are done for free*

What is our website maintenance process?

  1. An agreement is exchanged, and you provide website access details to us
  2. When you site needs updating, simply send us an email or fax with the changes outlined, and we will make them (you can also ask us to return a quote before the job starts)
  3. A team member will submit the changes for your review, if they approved we will apply them to your 'live' site.

What is our support process?

  1. An agreement is exchanged, and you either setup an email account on your website we can access
  2. When your staff or customers need support, simply send us an email to the account and we will respond to the best of our ability
*Excludes weekends, Australian public holidays, updates over 1 hour in size, updates which we have not been provided the right details for

How much does it cost?

All change requests are not created equal, for this reason website maintenance is charged on an hourly rate (billed in minimum increments of 15 minutes). The agreed hourly rate will depend on the volume of changes needed per month, so please contact us to discuss.
